We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

We request customers to carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing information before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exceptional Case)
In the rare event that you receive:

A physically damaged product, or

A wrong item
You must inform our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such claims, we require:

A clear 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be entertained.
After verification, YuvatiNX may offer a replacement only.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed or shipped.
YuvatiNX reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues. In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.
