• Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or courier-related factors.

YuvatiNX does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Any promotional free shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Delivery Delays

YuvatiNX shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Incorrect or unreachable contact details

• Customer unavailability at delivery time

• Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events

• Courier service disruptions or regional restrictions

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. No Return & No Refund

As per our policy:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds are not applicable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory requirements:

• A complete 360-degree unboxing video

• Clear images of the product and packaging

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.

After verification, only replacement may be provided (subject to stock availability). Refunds will not be issued.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

• YuvatiNX reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification failure.

• If cancelled by us after payment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
